How do I add employees for Small Team and Large Team Plans?

For new subscribers, we will reach out upon your subscription to get a list of all members that you would like to provide access to. Members will be subscribed to our newsletter and sent an onboarding email from The Trillium site so they can set a password for full access. If you need changes to your organization members, please email [email protected].

How am I billed for my Trillium Insider membership?

Monthly or yearly subscriptions are charged immediately to your card and then subsequently charged on the same day each month or year.

How do I get a receipt for my membership payments?

When you register for membership, our system will automatically send a receipt to the email address you provide.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You can manage your membership by visiting the Payments page when signed in to your profile. You are free to cancel your monthly membership at any time through these profile settings. 

*Note: You will not be able to access The Trillium Insider content once you choose to cancel your membership.
